  HuleEdu authors a positive inventory of public files. The released projector

  materializes those files from one committed HuleEdu tree into a new curated

  research-code edition. The edition is generated output, not an editable source

  of truth.

  General `common_core` contract files are included as the current import closure;

  they are not presented as research features.

  The source inventory preserves selected HuleEdu paths. It covers the shared

  feature-contract registry and extraction seams, local embedding implementation

  and import-light configuration, training and score interpretation, comparative

  judgement orchestration and its typed provider boundary, plus Bradley--Terry

  aggregation. Source that describes an excluded runtime boundary remains

  inspectable, but the edition does not claim that provider, Hemma, database,

  queue, or model-backed execution is available.

  `run_synthetic_demo.py` is the runnable vertical. It imports the real current

  registry, half-band score mapping, and Fisher-information Bradley--Terry code

  with deterministic numeric inputs. Its direct dependencies are NumPy and

  Pydantic; it deliberately does not import embedding or provider runtimes.

  Before a generated edition is accepted, the HuleEdu content check verifies its

  own inventory and manifest, the complete candidate file set, regular UTF-8

  files, permitted paths, and credential-like content. Python source under a

  `models` namespace is permitted because it defines typed contracts; non-source

  model directories remain refused.
